Happy Hour in the Vines

We are throwing a happy hour, but not the kind you are used to.

Most happy hours happen in bars. This one happens in the vines, the night before St. Croix Vineyards' Grape Stomp, in Stillwater, MN. It is built around something founders almost never get to show people: what it actually looks like to build a company outdoors, in the field, solving real problems.

All summer, the Alure team has been out at St. Croix deploying our Japanese Beetle traps row by row. Now we are opening those same rows to you. Walk the vineyard with us, see the traps in action, and our team at work.

You will also get to hear origin stories from the owners of St. Croix Vineyards and Aamodt's Apple Farm about what it actually takes to be a trailblazer in the Minnesota wine industry, and how they have recently used AI to manage and forecast their inventory.
